My role


I was responsible for script and gameplay in three maps but at the end of the project was also responsible for polishing the rest of the game as well together with a core team. Did pretty much everything in script except for Cutscene and Combat.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a prequel to the action-adventure first-person shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks. It was released on May 5, 2015 on, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC almost exactly a year after Wolfenstein: The New Order. With a lot of new content the prequel is more action oriented and is packed with easter eggs and secrets. Also there's the Nightmare levels which lets the player revisit the old classic Wolfenstein levels.

C04 cablecar sections were especially tricky. It's the same map used in both C01 and C04 with only different gameplay in them, reading it in through layers. The player position, camera and body,  is faked here with the real body (bounding box) being locked in a separate location secured inside a collision box. The camera and body, weapons are in a proxy position attached to the moving cablecar. A lot of code support and special scripts around this area. Starts from 5:35
